Ni är nu 1382 anmälda till 3 jours och 627 till prologue. 15 nationaliteter är representerade.
För att i möjligaste mån undvika registreringsfel, gå gärna in på orienteeringonline.net och dubbelkolla er information, framför allt SportIdent-nummer och tävlingsklass. Notera att pga så få deltagare i HD16B samt HD18B kommer dessa klasser inte tilldelas etapp-pris.
Paminnelse: Deltagare i H 21E och D 21E måste ha ett IOF ID för att bli WRE rankade på etapp 2.
D16B, H16B, D18B andH18B : pga så få deltagare i dessa klasser kommer inga pris att tilldelas. Personer anmälda i någon av dessa klasser kan byta klass om så önskas.
Campingen "Les Acacias" nära tävlingscentrum är öppen under påskhelgen. Antal platser för husvagn eller husbil är dock begränsade (ungefär 30).
Accommodation and tourism
The Sundgau
Altkirch and Egglingen, where the competitions will be held, are located in the region of Sundgau in southern Alsace on the eastern edge of France. The hilly region is covered with pine, beech and oak woods, orchards, pastures, fields and ponds, dotted with a multitude of villages. Altkirch, with approximately 6000 inhabitants, is the principal city and historical capital of Sungau. The closest larger cities are Mulhouse in France about 20 km northeast, Basel in Switzerland about 30 km southeast, and Belfort in France about 40 km northwest.

Accommodation
In Altkirch, there are a few hotels and bed and breakfasts (gites). It is also possible to find accommodation, mainly bed and breakfast in the surrounding area. There is a search engine for local accommodation on the website of the Sungau tourist information office on http://www.sundgau-sudalsace.fr.

New deadline for entries
På grund av den sena publiceringen av vår tävling i IOF WRE kalendern, samt vissa problem med att registrera sig på OrienteeringOnline.net, har vi beslutat att skjuta upp den första tidsfristen för anmälan till den 15 januari.
Anmälan
Anmälan: För att anmäla sig till tävlingen måste man skapa ett klubbkonto på http://www.orienteeringonline.net. När ett sådant konto väl skapats, kan man anmäla respektive deltagare i systemet. Ni finner information om anmälningsavgifter för de olika klasserna under fliken "Inbjudan". Om ni stöter på problem, kontakta oss på så hjälper vi er gärna.
Sista datum för anmälan på orienteeringonline.net är den 22 mars. Efter detta datum tas anmälan fortfarande emot via email i mån av plats. För att i möjligaste mån undvika registreringsfel, gå gärna in på orienteeringonline.net och dubbelkolla er information, framför allt SportIdent-nummer och tävlingsklass. Notera att pga så få deltagare i HD16B samt HD18B kommer dessa klasser inte tilldelas pris.

Anmälan Prolog
NOTERA: Enligt Fransk lag n 99-223 krävs, för att delta i en orienteringstävling, ett signerat läkarintyg som intygar att din hälsa är tillräckligt god för att utöva orientering. Det går bra att presentera ett sådant intyg på franska eller engelska (medical certificate of no contradiction).
