L’accueil du prologue et le retrait des dossards se fait exclusivement au centre de course de La Palestre.
Si marcher 1200 mètre ne vous fait pas peur, l’idéal est de se garer au centre de course. Sinon des places sont disponibles en descendant vers le site du prologue.

L’arrivée du prologue se situe devant une salle de sport dont l’accès est libre : dépôt d’affaires, vestiaires, WC, douches.

Horaires de départ libres de 13h30 à 16h30.
Fermeture des circuits à 17h30.

Remise des récompenses sur la place à partir de 17h30 aux 3 premiers de chaque circuit (H & F)

The registration desk ( bibs withdrawal, ... ) is located at the Event Center - La Palestre.
Prolog's finish arena is approx. 1200 m away from the Event Center. It is best to park at the Event Center or on the available parking places on the road going to the city center.

The finish line is in front of a gym where you can find changing rooms, toilets and showers.

Start time are free from 13:30 to 16:30
Competition closure time 17:30

Awards ceremony on the finsih arena at 17:30 for the top 3 in each course (M & W)

Afin de pouvoir établir les horaires de départ des étapes 1 et 2, nous fermerons les inscriptions en ligne le 21 mars à 23h59.
Après cette date, il ne sera possible de s'inscrire que par email (3j2015 @comulhouse.fr) et dans la limite des places vacantes.

Remboursement inscription : 80% du montant de l'inscription jusqu'au 25 mars, 50% du montant jusqu'au 3 avril.

In order to draw the start list for the stages 1 and 2, we wil close the online registration on March 21st at 23:59.
After that date, it will only be possible to register per email (3j2015 @comulhouse.fr) and within the limit of vacant slots.

Today, you are 1382 registred for the 3 jours and 627 for the prologue. 15 nationalities are represented.

To facilitate your arrival, please check your registration's information on www.orienteeringonline.net , especially the number of your Sport Ident chip.
Reminder: the H 21E and D 21E runners must have an IOF ID to be ranked for the WRE at stage 2.

D16B, H16B, D18B andH18B : given the very low number of registered, these categories will not be rewarded.
Individuals registred in these categories may change if they wish.

For motorhomes, camping "Les Acacias" located close to the event center will be open during the period of 3 days. Attention limited places (about 30)

Because of the late publication of our competition in the IOF WRE calendar, as well as problems encountered by some people to register on OrienteeringOnline.net, we have decided to postpone first registration deadline to 15 January.

The event centre will be located in Altkirch, about 30 km southwest of Mulhouse in southern Alsace.

Friday 3rd April 2015 13:30 : Prologue in the town of Altkirch - sprint

Saturday 4th April 2015 13:00 : Day 1 in Eglingen - middle distance

Sunday 5th April 2015 9:00 : Day 2 in Eglingen - long distance - IOF World Ranking Event (WRE)

Monday 6th April 2015 9:30 : Day 3 in Altkirch - long distance (chasing start based on the ranking after the first two days)

A ranking will be established after each of the 3 days as well as an overall ranking after the 3 days.

Note that the prologue, which will take place on Friday 3rd April, will not be included in any ranking but is a great opportunity to run in a traditional Alsacian town.
